This attractive wooded bay is an easy alternative to Craobh Haven if you prefer to anchor rather than tie up to a pontoon (or there is no room). Of course, if you do want to visit the village (which I wouldn't myself) you have to blow up your dinghy and row ashore and then walk along the boggy track by the shore, or along the very minor road further up the hill. There is a decaying building down by the jetty which is used as a wedding and party venue. Scattered around are a number of higgledy-piggledy houses on the Lunga estate, some just wooden sheds, some modern, and some older stone estate cottages. Lovely scenery though.
